Application Process

Please fill out and return the attached application at the bottom of this page. Be as detailed as possible, as this allows us to get to know you better to ensure one of our dogs will be a good match for your home and lifestyle.
Your application will then be followed up with a phone interview. At this time we get to know one another better and I can answer any questions you may have about our dogs and program.
After our conversation if you decide we are the breeder for you and we also feel that one of our dogs will make a good match. Then you are welcomed to come meet us and the dogs personally, and are also invited to place a deposit to hold a puppy.
Puppies can be picked up once they turn 8 weeks old and are not in an active fear period. Please allow 2 hours of time when you pick up your puppy. During this time you will receive a private training session. This allows me to show you everything your puppy has learned so far and help you learn to work with your puppy once you get home. We will also go through the Puppy package you receive so I can answer any and all questions you may have.

AKC registration (Limited) All puppies are sold with limited registration until passing hips/elbows and a IPO1 title is achieved.
All puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club using our registered kennel name. You may choose the registered name of your puppy, but it must start with the letter of the litter and end in z Rodina Straze. We then take care of the registration process and cost for you. The AKC will send your puppy’s registration certificate directly to your home.
Your AKC Registration includes a complementary 30 day pet insurance policy.
All puppies are microchipped and the lifetime enrollment is paid with Microchip ID. You will receive all the information you need to update your puppy’s listing and a collar tag.
Weight Record of your puppy daily for the first 2 weeks and then weekly until 8 weeks.
Record of all worming dates and dosages given
Record of type and date of Vaccine given, (we follow Jean Dodd's vaccine schedule
Current Health Certificate from our Veterinarian

Pictures of the parents
Copies of Health certifications on both parents
